Workshops are a great way to venture out of the house, and get creative.
We have a broad range of workshops for all tastes.

 
 
We have some new classes with guest artists and some popular favorites are running again.All of our workshops are designed for all skill levels.
You take home a completed project no matter your experience.
Join us for one of many and varied D.I.Y. workshops.
 
 
Space is limited, so don't delay. Register early.
You are not considered registered until you have paid in full.
All classes are non refundable. All workshops are for ages 16 and up.

Open Mosaic Nights
every Wednesday  6 pm-9:30pm

Open nights are for those of you that have previously taken a mosaic workshop with us and would like to do another project. We provide the space, adhesive and assistance if needed, you bring the project. Glass and bases are available to purchase on site. we ask that you call to register before just dropping in.
 
 





 

open felting nights
Tuesday March 29, April 12,26    6pm-9:30pm
$15.00 per night

As requested by many we will now have open nights for felting.
Open nights are for those of you that have previously taken a felting workshop with us and would like to do another project. We provide the space and assistance if needed, you bring the project. Roving, and embellishments are available to purchase on site. we ask that you call to register before just dropping in.



Soapmaking 101
Monday April 4, 6:30-9pm
Monday April 11, 6:30-9pm

Make and wrap 11 wonderful bars of traditional soap using the saponification process. You will learn how your choice of ingredients affects the quality of the soap you use every day. 1st evening is "soap kitchen"; 2nd evening is soap cutting and wrapping. This workshop can be done with a partner and the brs of soap split
 


 


Felted BunnySunday April 10, 10am-4pm

Create this adorable critter while learning the art of needle felting. You will also learn to make a wire armature so your bunny is fully poseable in many cute positions. Just in time for your spring decorating.

In this workshop you will be working with fibres to create a gorgeous work of art. You will learn basic needle felting, simple free motion embroidery and embellishment with beads and ribbon
.  This is for all skill levels. We povide the supplies and on the second evening students are required to bring  a sewing machine with assorted threads that is able to drop the feed dog. Please know how to operate your sewing machine-we don't teach sewing
 


sculpting a sprout
 Sunday, May 1st 10-4pm

 The sprout or baby fairy class is one day, no experience required. They will be bundled in hand dyed fabrics and embellished. Students will have a completed a sprout at the end of the day. Students are required to bring a knitting needle as their sculpting tool. All other materials supplied.
 
 
sculpting a Petite Fleur
Saturday May 7 10-4pm
Sunday May 8 10-3pm

In this 2 day workshop you will sculpt a young fairy or child. This is a full body sculpt. The adorable costuming and embellishing will be done on day two. No experience required. Students are required to bring a knitting needle for sculpting on day one, and a basic sewing kit (scissors, needle, thread, pins) for day two. All other supplies will be supplied

 Back by popular demand. There is nothing more stunning than sunlight through stain glass. In this workshop you will learn basic mosaic skills to create a lovely window. We supply all materials as well as an assortment of patterns to choose from. Students can bring their own picture.  You will return Tuesday evening to grout and polish your window
